CNN is offering a graphic interactive application designed to make us more aware of the calories adding up at the dinner table. While many of have become label conscious of late, sometimes the tables of numbers and grams don't equate. Using CNN's program, you simply pick a meal (breakfast, lunch, or dinner) and then drag and drop representative entrees from a dinner table, onto your plate. As you do, your calories and grams add up for you. Drag and drop a bagel, cream cheese, strawberries and juice ... and suddenly, that "light" breakfast isn't so light. There are not a great many options -- but the usual suspects are provided (pancakes, syrup, bagels, donuts, fast food hash browns and egg biscuits).
